How do I make a withdrawal?
If you win money and want to get a payout, then click on the “Withdraw” button. Then select Netbanking and the amount you wish to withdraw. Finish the process and your withdrawal request will be sent to us for approval. Your account will need to be verified for your first withdrawal.
How long does it take to process withdrawals?
Most withdrawals are processed on weekdays (Mon- Fri) within 24 hours. If your account is not verified then it may take longer, until we receive all the required documents.
